The food at breakfast was satisfactory and the poolside view was really excellent. The overall maintenance of the facility could use some improvement, especially in terms of staff training.

Nicely decorated hotel with attentive team from the room boys to the receptionist. Satisfactory breakfast selection with cereals. Particularly great area, very central location very close to rose view at 6 am, Sylhet for the first time and popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.

Very disappointing entrance. Bathrooms need significant improvement, as my shower leaked everywhere!!! The hotel lacks proper lighting during the day too!!!

I stayed in a Beautiful Family Suite for 2 nights. The beds were super comfy, great for resting after a long day. The room was spacious, and the connecting door was really handy for family time. But, the entrance was a bit disappointing since you have to get to the 5th floor before you see the actual hotel. Comfy stay but the entrance could use a little love.
